Saab dealership sold to Michigan group
Elder Automotive Group has purchased Saab of Tampa.
The seller is General Motors Corp. (NYSE: GM).

No terms of the deal were disclosed.
This marks 14 franchises owned and operated by the Elder family in both Florida and Michigan, including Jaguar of Tampa and Aston Martin of Tampa. Saab of Tampa is located at 11608 N. Florida Ave. It sold more than 400 new and used vehicles last year, a release said.
Since the sale, Troy, Mich.-based Elder Automotive Group, which has been in the automotive business since 1967, has renovated the showroom and doubled the staff and now offers complimentary carwashes.
